Dogs at Work

We’re passionate about creating a workplace where people — and their dogs — feel welcome. Canine companions are a natural part of our office culture, bringing energy, calmness, and moments of joy into our daily work. This appreciation for dogs has long been part of our identity and even flows into our products, several of which are named after beloved dogs from our team.

This mindset also comes from our parent company, which has supported VITA Assistenzhunde e.V. for many years — an organisation that trains and provides assistance dogs to people with disabilities. Their commitment has shaped our own values and reinforces our belief that dogs enrich not only our work environment, but lives as a whole.

Our Social Responsibility

We believe that companies have a responsibility that goes beyond business. For us, this includes investing in training and education, as well as supporting initiatives that strengthen an open, inclusive, and democratic society.
We support the Amadeu Antonio Stiftung, which funds nationwide projects against racism, antisemitism, and right-wing extremism.

We also support the NETZWERK Unternehmen integrieren Flüchtlinge, a platform that helps companies provide training and employment opportunities for refugees.
